Product Description
Our commercial grade nitrile rubber 50º shore is a soft material that provides a cost efficient alternative to our premium grade materials. This material is suitable for use in general-purpose applications where the material is not put under much duress. We can supply this particular material in a wide range of thicknesses ranging from 0.5mm to 40mm. We can also produce this material in a variety of formats such as; full rolls, strip cut lengths as well as bespoke gaskets and shapes. This ensures that you can always get the best product to match your unique requirements.
Subject to minimum order quantities, we can also produce custom colours and finishes.
Despite being a low cost alternative, our commercial grade nitrile still contains many of the same physical properties found in our premium grade materials. This ensures that you get a material that is not only highly versatile but also made to last. It features a wide temperature range from -30°C to +110°C. It also features an elongation break point of 250% and a tensile strength of 65 kg/cm2. This is more than enough to handle any general use application or environment.
