Product Description
EC400 Polyurethane Adhesive is a high quality, two part mixing solution. The solutions are incredibly easy to mix in the supplied bucket, and is simple and easy to apply once mixed. This particular adhesive provides easy mixing for notched scraper applications. Unlike other polyurethane adhesives EC400 is able to bond uPVC as well as GRP sheeting to most common building substrates.
We supply our EC400 Polyurethane Adhesive in 6.5kg containers. The ideal mixing ratio is 12:1 by weight. When you come to use this adhesive we always suggest working with a clean and dry surface, which is free from any contaminants. For the best results you should ensure that the moisture content on the bonding surface and core is no higher than 14%. For applications with very porous substrates you can achieve better results by sealing them with a PVA solution.
