The visible spiral design facilitates effortless dragging, thanks to its specially engineered formulation that maintains flexibility even in cold temperatures. The interior surface is smooth, while the exterior is mildly corrugated. This hose exhibits exceptional strength and resilience, with resistance to crushing, abrasion, weathering, and most chemicals.
It serves multiple purposes, including the suction and delivery of mineral oils, lubricants, crude fuels like naptha and diesel oil, and as a return line in hydraulic systems. In waste management applications, it finds utility as a suction and discharge hose.
PVC-NBR is a composite material combining polyvinyl chloride (PVC) with acrylonitrile butadiene rubber (NBR). This blend offers enhanced resistance to ozone, abrasion, as well as oil-based fuels and solvents.
