Product Description
This hose is composed of a transparent wall made from ether-based TPU, reinforced by a robust, ivory, anti-shock rigid PVC spiral. While the inner surface of the hose is smooth, the exterior exhibits a corrugated texture. The hose’s wall thickness ranges from 0.8 mm to 1.2 mm, providing a balance of sturdiness and flexibility.
This hose excels in multiple aspects, showcasing exceptional resistance to abrasion, microbes, hydrolysis, and flexion, while also possessing impressive mechanical properties. It complies with food-grade standards, meeting the requirements of FDA CFR 21-Item 177.2600 and EU 10/2011 (classes A, B, C, D2, E). The spiral within is also food-grade, and upon request, a copper wire version is available.
This hose is designed for medium-level suction applications involving dry food such as grains, animal feed, sugar, flour, and abrasive food materials. It is also well-suited for aquaculture, especially in fish handling operations. Additionally, it is suitable for use with fatty foods. In agriculture, it is commonly utilised on seed drills, combined machines, and various agricultural vehicles due to its versatility and food-grade quality.
