Product Description
This is a see-through hose with a wall made of food-grade ether-based TPU, strengthened by an ivory rigid PVC spiral designed for anti-shock protection. Its inner surface is smooth, while the exterior is corrugated. The hose is lightweight, flexible, and offers a wall thickness ranging from 1.2 mm to 2.0 mm.
It demonstrates impressive resistance to hydrolysis, microbial attacks, abrasion, and flexion, thanks to its high mechanical properties. This hose meets food-grade standards, complying with FDA CFR 21-Item 17.2600 and EU 10/2011 (classes A, B, C, D2, E). The spiral reinforcement is also food-grade. Additionally, a version with a copper wire is available upon request.
This hose is employed for the suction and delivery of food-grade powders, animal feed, granules, and grains of varying sizes and abrasion levels, including sugar, salt, and dry fruit. It is well-suited for use in agriculture, where it finds application on seed drills, combined machines, and agricultural vehicles in general.
