Product Description
This transparent PVC-P hose is fortified with an ivory anti-shock rigid PVC spiral. Its interior surface is exceptionally smooth, and the hose itself is lightweight and extremely flexible. It boasts robust resistance to various loads, weathering, and a broad spectrum of chemicals. Notably, it features a food-grade wall and a rigid plastic spiral, making it a comprehensive food hose. Additionally, there’s an option for a version with a copper wire, available upon request.
This hose complies with food-grade standards as per EU 10/2011 (classes A, B, C, D1) and is suitable for the transportation of milk and dairy products. It proves to be an ideal solution for both the suction and delivery of food substances like powders, flours, light grains, freeze-dried foods, as well as liquids such as beverages, juices, milk and its by-products, vinegar, wines, and liquors with an alcohol content of up to 50%. In agricultural applications, it is commonly utilised on tank trucks and spraying vehicles, making it a versatile choice for various agricultural needs.
PVC-P, a thermoplastic material, falls under the category of polyvinyl plastics. It has a notably low tensile strength while exhibiting a reasonably high level of ductility in comparison to other thermoplastics.
