Product Description
Our DuraGrid heavy duty matting is an ultra durable flooring solution for even the most demanding workplaces. It is the ideal choice for applications with frequent exposure to spillages, debris and metal shards. The top surface of the matting features a diamond cut tread. This provides the highest level of slip resistance for all footwear types. The dual layer construction and superior height of DuraGrid enables any liquid and debris to quickly drain and disperse. This makes it perfect for use as an industrial walkway mat, factory floor mat or walk-off mat.
Unlike other heavy duty matting the design of DuraGrid enables it to provide a level of flexibility. This enables our matting to contour to uneven flooring surfaces in order to create a smooth walking surface. The flexibility also enables the matting to provide good anti-fatigue properties. This is particularly useful in workplaces with standing employees as it helps to reduce fatigue and boost productivity. Despite being flexible and comfortable DuraGrid still creates a solid and stable walking surface.
We can supply our DuraGrid heavy duty matting in two formats as standard. It is available with widths of either 0.6m or 0.91 in 5m or 10m roll lengths. We can also supply this matting in a standalone mat format with ramped edges and a length of 1.8m. DuraGrid is incredibly low maintenance and can be cleaned in a matter of minutes. Simply roll of lift the matting to clear the floor below of debris. You can also clean the matting with a high pressure hose. The matting can be easily cut using heavy duty cutting tools to fit any area. You can also roll the matting up for easier storage when not in use.

Aluminium Edging (W: 50mm X H: 20mm)
Supplied in sections of 2m length with fixing screws and plugs. Comes in anodised aluminium. Size: 20mm x 50mm x 2m.
Connector Clips: Dual Purpose (H: 25mm)
For joining sections of matting together side-to-side or end-to-end. Supplied in packs of 10.
