Product Description
Our commercial neoprene insertion sheeting is a high-grade 1 ply reinforced material. The combination of neoprene and the fabric insertion creates a material that provides outstanding strength and durability in physically demanding applications. It also offers good resistance against weathering, Ozone, oil and fuel deterioration. This particular product is available in a variety of thicknesses from 0.5mm to 40mm. We can also supply this material in; full rolls, strip cut lengths as well as bespoke gaskets or shapes to suit your unique requirements.
In order to create our commercial neoprene insertion sheeting we first blend neoprene rubber with an SBR compound. This results in a product that is more cost efficient than some of our premium grade materials while still providing good physical properties. We then insert a 1 ply, 22 gsm cotton fabric material within the material. This provides the material with superior tensile strength and durability without greatly effecting the flexibility of the product. Our commercial neoprene insertion sheeting is suitable for use in a wide range of general use applications. The excellent resistance that neoprene offers also enables you to use it in oil, grease and water contact applications.
