Product Description
Our vinyl nitrile closed cell foam is a high quality material that features exceptional impact absorption in a light weight format. This is an incredibly versatile material that provides personal body protection in a wide range of applications. We can supply this particular material in a variety of densities ranging from 190 – 210 kg/m3 as standard. We can also produce this material in a range of thicknesses from 1mm to 40mm in either sheet or roll format.
Vinyl nitrile foam is a polymer blend that is produced from a combination of nitrile (NBR) and polyvinyl chloride (PVC). This material has been designed specifically to provide high levels of impact absorption as well as comfort and flexibility while in use. This is one of the best materials to use for protection against physical trauma, it is also an incredibly safe and stable material. Our vinyl nitrile closed cell foam features high physical strength properties, which helps to reduce tears and punctures. It also provides high dimensional stability and good flame resistant properties.
A combination of stability, impact absorption and physical resistance enables our vinyl nitrile closed cell foam is suitable for use in a wide range of applications and environments.
