Product Description

Our neoprene sponge rubber is a high-quality, closed cell material that combines high durability with excellent versatility. Neoprene sponge provides great UV and Ozone resistance for use in exterior environments. It is also chemically stable and provides good oil resistance. This makes the material ideal for use in automotive and industrial sealing applications.

We supply this particular material in densities ranging from 140 to 1900 kg/m3 as well as a variety of thicknesses from 1mm to 40mm as standard. We can also produce this material in a variety of formats such as; full rolls, sheets, strip cut lengths and bespoke gaskets. This ensures that you always get the perfect product to match your exact requirements.

A key feature of a closed cell material is the unique structure of the material. Simply put, a closed cell material is comprised of individual balloon like sections. These sections are all sealed off from one another and prevent gas and moisture from being able to pass through the material. This means that much less pressure is required to enable our neoprene sponge rubber to create an air and watertight seal.
