Product Description
Mandrel constructed heavy-duty fuel oil delivery hose engineered for diesel, fuel oil, seawater, mud, base oils, and general hydrocarbon-based liquid delivery, accommodating an aromatic content of up to 50%. Tensile breaking load specifications include:
- 2000 kgf for diameters up to 51 mm
- 4000 kgf for diameters up to 76 mm
- 7000 kgf for other diameters
The hose features a tube crafted from black smooth NBR rubber, reinforced with high tensile textile plies and anti-static wires. It is covered with black smooth PVC/NBR rubber, ensuring resistance against weather conditions, seawater, ozone, abrasion, and hydrocarbons. The hose’s surface includes a fabric impression for improved handling and retains a working pressure of 20 bar.
