Product Description
This black hose, distinguished by a brown stripe on the cover, features an inner layer crafted from a special PVC/NBR blend. Its structure is fortified by both a harmonic steel wire and polyester yarn. An embedded copper wire positioned between the two layers imparts conductivity (R<10² Ohm/m) to the hose.
The liner and cover of the hose have smooth surfaces, which help reduce friction and minimise the accumulation of dirt during use. This hose exhibits remarkable flexibility even at low temperatures and boasts resistance to abrasion, aging, weathering, and ozone.
It serves the dual purpose of suction and delivery, handling mineral oils, lubricants, and crude fuels such as naptha and diesel oil. Additionally, it functions effectively as a return line in hydraulic systems. Its robust construction ensures reliable performance in demanding industrial settings.
PVC-NBR is a composite material combining polyvinyl chloride (PVC) with acrylonitrile butadiene rubber (NBR). This blend offers enhanced resistance to ozone, abrasion, as well as oil-based fuels and solvents.
