This mandrel-built heavy-duty brine suction and delivery hose is designed for the efficient handling of brine and general hydrocarbon-based liquids containing aromatic content of up to 50%. It boasts a robust tensile breaking load of 7000 kgf for a diameter of 100.
Crafted from black smooth NR rubber, the hose tube ensures durability and resilience. Reinforced with high tensile textile plies, embedded helix wire, and antistatic wires, it maintains structural integrity and operational efficiency. Covered with black smooth PVC/NBR rubber, the hose exhibits exceptional resistance to weather conditions, seawater, ozone, abrasion, and hydrocarbons. Its surface features a fabric impression, facilitating ease of handling. Functioning reliably, it sustains a consistent working pressure of 24 bar.
