This mandrel-built heavy-duty brine delivery hose is engineered for the transportation of brine and general hydrocarbon-based liquids containing aromatic content up to 50%. It boasts a robust tensile breaking load of 7000 kgf for a diameter of 100.
The hose tube is crafted from smooth NR rubber, offering durability and resilience. Reinforced with high tensile textile plies and antistatic wires, it ensures structural strength. Covered with black smooth PVC/NBR rubber, this hose exhibits remarkable resistance to weather conditions, seawater, ozone, abrasion, and hydrocarbons. Its surface features a fabric impression, aiding in handling. Operating effectively, it maintains a consistent working pressure of 24 bar.
