Product Description
Mandrel constructed heavy-duty fuel oil suction and delivery hose designed for diesel, fuel oil, seawater, mud, base oils, and general hydrocarbon-based liquid delivery, accommodating an aromatic content of up to 50%. Its tensile breaking load specifications include:
- 2000 kgf for diameters up to 51 mm
- 4000 kgf for diameters up to 76 mm
- 7000 kgf for other diameters
Featuring a tube crafted from black smooth NBR rubber, this hose is reinforced with high tensile textile plies, an embedded helix wire, and anti-static wires. The covering comprises black smooth PVC/NBR rubber, providing resistance against weather conditions, seawater, ozone, abrasion, and hydrocarbons. The hose exterior incorporates a fabric impression for enhanced handling and maintains a working pressure of 20 bar.
