Product Description
This is a distinctive tank drop hose in black made from PVC-NBR, featuring reinforcement provided by a shock-resistant rigid PVC spiral and polyester yarn. The exposed spiral design ensures easy handling and drag. To achieve conductivity (R<10² Ohm/m), the hose includes a copper wire underneath the PVC spiral, which can be grounded.
Compared to traditional rubber hoses, this hose is lighter and more flexible. It exhibits exceptional resistance to oils and lubricants, making it an ideal choice for the suction and discharge of petroleum and gasoline with an aromatic content of up to 50%. Additionally, a banding coil is available upon request for added convenience.
PVC-NBR is a composite material combining polyvinyl chloride (PVC) with acrylonitrile butadiene rubber (NBR). This blend offers enhanced resistance to ozone, abrasion, as well as oil-based fuels and solvents.
