Product Description
The mandrel-built liquid mud suction and delivery hose are designed to manage liquid mud inclusive of crude oil, abrasive substances, or petroleum products with aromatic content reaching up to 30%. This robust hose exhibits a tensile breaking load of 4000 kgf for a diameter of 76 mm and 7000 kgf for all other diameters.
Its tube is crafted from black smooth NBR abrasion-resistant rubber, ensuring durability in challenging conditions. Reinforced with high tensile textile plies, an embedded helix wire, and antistatic wires, this hose guarantees enhanced strength. The outer layer comprises black smooth rubber, offering exceptional resistance against weather, seawater, ozone, abrasion, and hydrocarbons. With a distinct fabric impression, it is well-equipped to endure a working pressure of 40 bar.
