The Rubber Company manufacture and supply a wide range of high-quality fender bars for use on a variety of applications. These particular fenders are designed to resist frequent, heavy impacts without deteriorating. We offer a variety of sizes and lengths in order to suit your unique requirements.
Our marine fender bars come in 3 different types as standard which each offering their own strengths. These 3 types are:
ML Fender Bars
These particular fenders are perfect for open areas which are often exposed to heavy impacts and pressure. Applications such as marinas and jetties can greatly benefit from the protection these fenders provide.
One of the key features of this fender is its vulcanised internal steel plate, which provides a strong, rigid core that runs throughout the length of the fender. The steel plate also provides strong fixing points, this ensures that once the fender is installed it maintains a secure connection at all times. This also reduces the potential for bending and warping to increase the life of the fender.
MLS Fender Bars
These fenders are softer compared to the ML fender bars, which gives them superior flexibility under pressure. These particular fenders are ideal for use on smaller work boats, pontoons and other load sensitive structures.
The MLS fender bars feature a unique specially modified profile which helps to reduce reaction forces. Many fenders warp and deteriorate under pressure and impact of larger sea craft. These fenders are designed to allow for a degree of movement under pressure which enables the fender to maintain its shape for longer.
Delta PU Bars
Delta fender bars are a high-quality product which offers a combination of high performance and low friction properties in one package. These particular fenders are perfect for use in berthing applications, particularly craft with aluminium or GRP hulls.
The excellent low friction properties that this fender offers ensure that no damage is done to smaller sea craft, while also ensuring that the fender is protected against larger sea craft. This particular fender offers excellent impact absorption properties and offers great protection to any surface you install it on. It is also available in highly visible, non-marking colours to improve safety.
