The Rubber Company offer high quality rubber sleeves available in a range of formats and material compounds. This highly versatile product is suitable for use in a wide range of applications and environments depending on the material. We can product this product to almost any size and specifications in order to match your requirements. There are two main options available to you when it comes to rubber sleeves, with each having their own strengths:
Joined Rubber Sleeves
Joined rubber sleeves, also known as fabricated sleeves, feature a butt or overlap join and can be produced to almost any size. You can also reinforce these particular sleeves using an external overlap strip. We can produce these sleeves from almost all rubber compounds. They are also available in FDA approved materials for use in medical and food industries.
Seamless Rubber Sleeves
As the name suggests, our seamless rubber sleeves feature a smooth continuous finish. These sleeves are often mandrel-built and are available in a cloth wrapped, smooth, or ground finish, depending on the application. This product can also be reinforced using cotton tyre cord or nylon to give the product superior tensile strength. Unlike the fabrication option however, we can only produce seamless sleeves with a diameter up to 3m and in lengths up to 6m.
High-Quality Materials
We offer a wide selection of materials to in which to produce your rubber sleeves, with each having their own strengths and weaknesses. It depends entirely on the application or your own requirements as to which material is most suitable. However, we always produce our products using only the highest quality materials.
Some of the potential material compounds available: Neoprene, Natural Rubber, EPDM, Silicone, Redline, Nitrile, SBR Rubber, Butyl.
