Product Description
A 1 part solventless silicone elastomer for general sealing and bonding applications. 734 is a flowable liquid that is easy to use and cures on exposure to moisture in the air. Available in clear or in white.
This flowable liquid is effortlessly applied and cures upon exposure to moisture in the air, functioning with an acetoxy cure system. It self-levels and offers fast tack-free times, transforming into a resilient, flexible rubber. With excellent adhesion to various substrates and impressive thermal stability ranging from -65°C (-85°F) to +180°C (+356°F), it ensures reliability across a wide temperature spectrum. Additionally, 734 exhibits outstanding dielectric properties and complies with MIL-A-46106 standards, making it an ideal choice for a variety of sealing and bonding needs.
Applications
General industrial sealing and bonding applications requiring a flowable product. Particularly suitable for sealing assemblies with fine joints as well as cable entries and connectors, to ensure that they remain water tight. Due to its good adhesion to other silicone rubbers, ideally suited for making field repairs on existing equipment where a part of an existing silicone encapsulant has been removed.
