Product Description
Our white food grade nitrile sheeting is a premium-grade material that fully conforms to FDA standards 21 CFR 177.2600 for safe use in food and beverage contact applications. When manufacturing this material we ensure that the composition of the rubber offers the highest properties possible, while still conforming to FDA guidelines. This ensures that you get a product that is not only food contact safe, but also offers superior physical properties and resistance compared to similar products. We can supply this particular material in thicknesses ranging from 0.5mm to 40mm. We can also produce it in a variety of formats such as; full rolls, strip cut lengths as well as bespoke gaskets.
Premium-grade nitrile offers a wide operating temperature range as well as excellent resistance against oil, fat and grease deterioration. This makes our white food grade nitrile suitable for use in a wide variety of food preparation and packaging applications. We regularly supply this material for use as; oven seals, gaskets, O-rings and food transportation.
We manufacture our white food grade nitrile to fully conform to FDA 117.2600 regulations. It also meets EU1935 as well as USP Class V1 standards.
