Product Description

Our die cut gaskets offer a more time as well as cost efficient solution for small to large production runs. The advantages of die cutting lies within the simplicity of the process. Most methods require only two core components; a metal tool or “die” as it is also known and the cutting machine itself. This results in a reliable consistent tolerances with a minimal margin of error. It is worth noting however, that for more complex gaskets we would typically suggest using either; Water Jet Cutting or CNC Machine Cutting

Once the tool has been produced we are able to reuse the die for any future production runs. This saves you time and money in the long run, while also ensuring that you get consistent gaskets.

Unlike other production methods, the die cut process is directly controlled by a trained expert. This enables us have complete control over the spacing between each gasket we produce. Our die cut gaskets produce significantly less waste material as a result. This enables us to achieve more gaskets on average from a single sheet compared to water jet and CNC machine cutting methods.
