We typically supply our natural rubber sponge gaskets in an open cell format, however closed cell blends are also available. Natural rubber gaskets offer a mixture of good mechanical properties with high quality resistance. These gaskets are suitable for use in many day-to-day applications as well as industrial and construction industries. We manufacture our gaskets from full size sheets and rolls. This enables us to produce large format gaskets without the need for joining. We can also supply our sponge natural rubber gaskets in a wide variety of thicknesses and densities to suit your specific requirements.

Our open cell industrial sponge is a high quality, open cell material. It features excellent compression recovery properties, which enables it to quickly return to its original shape after use. The interconnected structure enables for limited fluid absorption as well as gas circulation.
Orange Open Cell Sponge

EPDM Natural Rubber Sponge
The EPDM natural rubber sponge blend is a premium-quality, closed cell material. These gaskets combine the highly resistant properties found in EPDM with the elasticity and wear resistant characteristics found in natural rubber. The closed cell structure enables the gasket to create an air and watertight seal with less compression.
