It is specifically designed for head and holding tank connections, suitable for handling acids and bases. The tube adheres to European food norms and F.D.A. standards, making it suitable for applications requiring food-grade quality. It meets ISO 8099:2000 par. 5, 6.1.10, and 6.4 criteria, offering robust resistance to mechanical stresses. The tube, made from blue special rubber, resists the diffusion of unpleasant odors and the growth of bacteria, with a permeability rate of 5.80% in methyl alcohol. Reinforced with high-tensile textile plies and an embedded steel wire helix, it ensures durability. Covered with special white rubber featuring a vanilla scent, the hose remains resilient against aging, weather conditions, exposure to sea water, and cleansing agents.
