Product Description
This is a clear PVC-P hose reinforced with a durable red PVC spiral, along with polyester yarn. The hose features a food-grade wall and a robust plastic spiral. It is specially designed for the wine industry and applications requiring high-pressure resistance, thanks to its textile reinforcement.
The visible PVC corrugated helix reduces drag and enhances maneuverability. This hose maintains food-grade standards in both its wall and spiral, in compliance with EU 10/2011 (classes A, B, C, D1). Additionally, a banding coil is available upon request for various diameters.
It is suitable for the suction and delivery of beverages and wines containing alcohol content of up to 50%.
PVC-P, a thermoplastic material, falls under the category of polyvinyl plastics. It has a notably low tensile strength while exhibiting a reasonably high level of ductility in comparison to other thermoplastics.
