Product Description

This is a versatile and durable white, transparent hose made from platinum-cured silicone. It’s reinforced with polyester plies and a stainless steel AISI 316L spiral, making it capable of handling high pressure and vacuum applications.

Tube Features:

The hose features an ultra-smooth extruded tube crafted from high-purity silicone compound, minimising the risk of bacteria buildup and residue permeation. This design is perfect for maintaining hygienic conditions during medium transfer. The inner surface does not impart any odours or tastes and preserves the product’s organoleptic properties.

Cover Features:

The inert cover of this hose is resistant to atmospheric factors, ozone, temperature fluctuations, and various chemical substances. The hose also undergoes certified post-curing treatment to ensure the absence of volatile pollutants, thereby safeguarding the hygiene of the processing environment. It has a glossy finish with ink marking that meets food safety regulations.

Compliance:

This hose complies with American Pharmacopoeia USP CLASS VI and European Pharmacopoeia 3.1.9 standards. It is non-cytotoxic according to ISO 10993. It is suitable for food delivery and meets FDA, German BFR, and EU 10/2011 (classes A, B, C, D1) standards.

Executed Tests:

The hose has undergone migration tests in acid, 20% alcohol, and 50% alcohol simulants.

Applications:

This hose is ideal for critical product transfer in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, biotech, and food industries where high purity, resilience, and flexibility are essential. However, it should not be used for implantation. Please note that if the temperature consistently exceeds +100°C, the pressure resistance decreases by 1% for every additional 1°C.
