This transparent PVC-P hose, featuring an ether-based TPU liner, is reinforced with an ivory anti-shock rigid PVC spiral. Its interior surface is completely smooth, rendering it lightweight and remarkably flexible. It exhibits robust resistance to various loads, weathering, an extensive range of chemicals, and even Hydrolysis. Notably, it adheres to food-grade standards, encompassing the hose liner, cover, and rigid PVC spiral, making it a comprehensive food hose. There’s also an option for a version with a copper wire, available upon request.
This hose meets the food-grade criteria established by EU 10/2011 (classes A, B, C, D2). It serves as an ideal solution for both the suction and delivery of food substances, including powders, flours, light grains, and freeze-dried foodstuffs. Additionally, it is suitable for transferring vegetable oil and fatty foods. Furthermore, it can handle beverages with an alcohol content of up to 20%, making it a versatile choice for various food-related applications.
PVC-P, a thermoplastic material, falls under the category of polyvinyl plastics. It has a notably low tensile strength while exhibiting a reasonably high level of ductility in comparison to other thermoplastics.
