Product Description
This is a see-through hose made from ether-based TPU and fortified with a highly adhesive, grey TPU-coated steel spiral. The hose’s wall material possesses permanent antistatic properties (R<109 Ohm/m). It is axially compressible at a ratio of 5:1 and maintains a consistent wall thickness of 0.4 mm across its entire range.
This hose demonstrates exceptional resistance to abrasion, flexion, UV rays, weathering, hydrolysis, and microbial factors. It remains neutral in terms of odour and taste, ensuring that it doesn’t affect the sensory characteristics of the transported products.
For applications requiring conductivity (R<10² Ohm/m), grounding the spiral achieves this capability. The hose meets food-grade standards, adhering to EU 10/2011 (classes A, B, C, D2, E) and FDA CFR 21-177.2600 guidelines.
In the food industry, it is ideal for lightly suctioning abrasive powders, flours, and fatty food materials.
