Product Description
This delivery hose, crafted through the mandrel technique, is well-suited for transporting heated air from compressors to tanks, serving the purpose of warming dry and abrasive foodstuff during transportation. It meets the strict requirements set by the FDA. The tube is composed of smooth, food-safe, and heat-resistant white rubber. It is reinforced with high-tensile textile plies made from nylon 6/6, along with an embedded helix wire. The hose is covered with a layer of blue rubber, which has resistance to weather, ozone, heat, and abrasion. Notably, it maintains a reliable working pressure of 6 bar, ensuring safe and efficient transportation of sensitive food materials.
