Product Description
This is a semi-transparent hose made from ester-based TPU and fortified with a copper-coloured TPU-coated steel spiral. The wall thickness of this hose ranges from 0.4 mm to 0.75 mm. It is exceptionally lightweight, highly flexible, and compressible (approximately 5:1), making it suitable for a wide range of applications thanks to its impressive abrasion resistance.
Especially well-suited for dynamic applications, this hose can endure more bending cycles compared to a standard hose with a plain spiral. It also exhibits resistance to mineral oils, weathering, UV rays, and ozone. Furthermore, it can be made conductive (R<10² Ohm/m) by grounding the spiral.
This hose finds its application in suction systems, the ceramic and wood industries, and for the suction of chips, sawdust, fumes, and abrasive dust.
