This is a spiral hose in a grey PVC-P design, featuring a red anti-abrasive TPU lining and reinforcement from a shock-resistant rigid PVC spiral. Its interior surface is smooth, while the exterior exhibits semi-rigidity. Its robust construction, combined with the polyurethane layer, makes it exceptionally well-suited for heavy-duty applications, especially in highly abrasive conditions.
For those seeking enhanced abrasion resistance, there is an antistatic version available upon request. This version incorporates brass-plated steel wire embedded in the plastic wall, further bolstering its ability to withstand abrasion, even on the outer surface.
This hose finds its niche in construction and various industrial settings, where it excels at both suction and discharge tasks involving abrasive liquids such as slurry, sand, cement, grit, and gravel.
