Product Description
This is a semi-transparent hose made from ester-based TPU, featuring reinforcement provided by a TPU-coated copper-coloured steel spiral. It maintains a consistent wall thickness of 0.9 mm across all diameters and boasts a smooth inner surface. While robust, it remains lightweight and flexible, making it well-suited for heavy-duty applications requiring exceptional abrasion resistance.
This hose exhibits resilience against mineral oils, aging, weathering, UV rays, and ozone. It can be rendered conductive (R<10² Ohm/m) through proper grounding of the spiral. Upon request, it can also be customised to resist bacterial action or feature a permanent antistatic wall (R<109 Ohm/m).
This hose is particularly suitable for use in suction plants, within the ceramic and wood industries, for the suction of chips, sawdust, fumes, and moderately abrasive dust.
