Product Description
The Rubber Company are a specialist manufacturer and supplier of a wide variety of hatch seals and packing products, which are perfect for use in a range of applications. Customers commonly use our hatch seals to ensure an air as well as watertight seal is maintained at all times. We offer over 60 hatch and packing seals available as standard. However, if you are unable to find the perfect seal in our list of products, we are more than happy to produce custom seals to your exact requirements.
Depending on your unique requirements we are able to supply hatch seals from a wide variety of materials in a range of finishes. We can manufacture seals from either solid rubber or a high-density sponge, with each having their own strengths. We also offer a combination of solid rubber and sponge compounds to give you the best of both worlds. These combinations are available with solid rubber running down one side, two sides, three sides or even fully encased.
We can manufacture from a variety of different compounds in order to ensure that you get hatch seals which are suitable for even the most unique requirements. We can manufacture from EPDM, Natural Rubber, Neoprene, Nitrile and Silicone with each compound offering unique properties. Neoprene for example, is particularly popular for use in applications requiring a high temperature resistance. While nitrile offers excellent resistance to gas and oil.
