Product Description
This hose boasts a transparent wall made from ether-based TPU, which is further reinforced by an ivory anti-shock rigid PVC spiral. The interior of the hose is smooth, while the exterior displays a corrugated texture. Its wall thickness ranges from 0.4 mm to 0.8 mm, ensuring durability and versatility.
This hose excels in multiple aspects, offering outstanding resistance to abrasion, flexion, microbes, and hydrolysis. It also possesses impressive mechanical properties. Despite its robustness, it remains light and extremely flexible. It is classified as food-grade, adhering to FDA REG. CFR 21-17.2600 and EU Reg. 10/2011 (classes A, B, C, D2, E) standards. The spiral within is also food-grade, and upon request, a copper wire version is available.
This hose is designed for light suction applications involving food flours, seeds, powders, sugar, granules, and various food items with limited abrasion potential. It is suitable for use with fatty foods. In agriculture, it is commonly employed on seed drills, combined machines, and agricultural vehicles due to its versatility and food-grade quality.
