Product Description

This translucent hose is constructed from TPE-S hygienic rubber and is reinforced with high-tenacity polyester yarn. Both its interior and exterior surfaces are flawlessly smooth, enhancing flow properties and facilitating easy cleaning and sterilisation processes. It boasts a highly neutral taste and odour, preserving the organoleptic properties of the medium it transports.

What sets MediPress apart is its curing-free material, which eliminates the need for vulcanisation processes. This not only prevents the risk of leaching curing agent residues into the final product but also contributes to energy savings and reduced CO2 emissions. The hose exhibits good chemical resistance to acids and alkaline solutions, exceptional resistance to hydrolysis, and a robust defence against bacterial proliferation. It is a versatile rubber that can withstand oils and fats under typical usage conditions, as well as ozone, aging, and weathering.

The hose’s markings are embedded in the wall, ensuring permanent traceability even after repeated use. It adheres to food-grade standards in accordance with EU 10/2011 (classes A, B, C, D1, D2) and FDA CFR-21-177.2600, and it complies with the pharmaceutical standard USP CLASS VI.

Primarily designed as a delivery hose, it is ideal for transferring a wide range of products in the food, cosmetic, healthcare, and pharmaceutical industries. It can handle various media, including wines, fruit juices, vinegar, spirits with alcohol content up to 96%, creams, soaps, milk, by-products, and even products containing oils and fats. Its versatility and quality make it a reliable choice for various applications in these industries.
