This translucent hose is constructed from TPE-S hygienic rubber and fortified with both an AISI 302 stainless steel spiral and high tenacity polyester plies. MediSteel Press is engineered with a curing-free material, eliminating the need for vulcanisation processes. This not only eliminates the risk of leaching residues into the final product (such as peroxide or platinum volatile rests) but also contributes to energy conservation and reduces CO2 emissions. Furthermore, it exhibits excellent chemical resistance to acids and alkaline solutions while maintaining impermeability.
In terms of compliance, MediSteel Press meets stringent food-grade standards set forth in EU 10/2011 (classes A, B, C, D1, D2) and FDA CFR-21-177.2600. It also adheres to pharmaceutical standards, conforming to USP CLASS VI.
