This translucent hose is crafted from TPE-S hygienic rubber and fortified with a robust AISI 302 stainless steel spiral. Both its inner and outer surfaces are impeccably smooth, enhancing flow characteristics and facilitating straightforward cleaning and sterilisation procedures. It boasts an exceptional neutrality in both taste and odour, ensuring the preservation of the organoleptic properties of the medium it conveys.
What sets MediSteel apart, is its curing-free material, which eliminates the need for vulcanisation processes. This not only prevents the risk of leaching curing agent residues into the final product (such as peroxide or platinum volatile rests) but also contributes to energy conservation and reduces CO2 emissions. The hose exhibits commendable chemical resistance to acids and alkaline solutions and offers excellent impermeability. It is a versatile rubber, resilient to oils and fats under typical usage conditions, as well as resilient to ozone, aging, weathering, hydrolysis, and bacterial proliferation.
MediSteel adheres to stringent food-grade standards in line with EU 10/2011 (classes A, B, C, D1, D2) and FDA CFR 21-177.2600. It also complies with pharmaceutical standards, meeting the requirements of USP CLASS VI.
