Product Description
This light blue hose is manufactured using a food-grade vinylic compound and is reinforced with double high-tenacity polyester for added strength. Its outer cover is specially formulated to resist grease, making it highly durable during cleaning and disinfection procedures in the food processing industry.
Both the interior and exterior surfaces of the hose are entirely smooth, enhancing fluid flow and facilitating easy cleaning and sterilisation processes. Designed specifically for the food industry, it is intended for delivering hot water and high-pressure cleaning and sanitation solutions at temperatures of up to 70°C.
SteriWash is user-friendly, flexible, and exhibits resilience against ozone, weathering, as well as the majority of detergents and chemicals. It is also compliant with EU regulation 10/2011 (classes A, B, C), ensuring its food-grade status.
PVC-P, a thermoplastic material, falls under the category of polyvinyl plastics. It has a notably low tensile strength while exhibiting a reasonably high level of ductility in comparison to other thermoplastics.
