Product Description

TICO S/PA® anti-vibration material combines excellent noise and vibration absorption in a highly durable and resistant format. This high-performance material is ideal for applications that require an easy-to-cut and simple-to-install solution. TICO S/PA® provides an impressive maximum load-bearing capacity of 0.5 MN/m2 (approx. 50 tonnes per square metre). It also features a wide operating temperature range from -40˚C up to +100˚C and is resistant to a wide range of fluid media. You can install this material using a number of methods in order to achieve the desired result. You can either bond the material to the floor using a contact adhesive, or bolt it in place for machines with a high centre of gravity.

TICO® anti-vibration material is manufactured from a blend of selected cork particles and polychloroprene/acrylonitrile elastomers. It is a highly durable and highly resilient material that is resistant to water, most oils, spirits and cutting fluids. It also features a high co-efficient of friction and so does not require a textured surface for optimal operation. We can supply genuine TICO S/PA® material in a variety of thicknesses ranging from 6mm to 25mm as standard. We can also supply it in a range of widths to suit your specific requirements.
